Those speakers are great, the trackball is a CST LtracX

What's the deal with those speakers anyways? They're supposed to face your face, not you hands (preferably forming an equilateral triangle between the speakers and your face). And if they actually **do** face your face like that, you really need to work on your sitting posture.
But then again, they don't really look like nearfields to me, anyways... |

There, updated. |

|

That's better. Those **definitely** aren't nearfields, though. :P

I would not use these old speakers if I were a hipster.

Nah, you don't understand. He's been using these speakers since before it was cool to be a hipster...

I've been using those for like four days -_-.

Here's my cramped battlestation. I made sure to add extra blur.

easier to think with an empty desk, books all around me though |

Still waiting to get my trackball back from being modded, along with a few cables, but I received my vt220 yesterday and I loved this too much to not share:
Better pics to come once I've got all my kit back :) |

Phyrne's battlestation is indeed the best I've seen in a while.

As I've always said, I love your setup(s), so I totally take this as a compliment ;) And thanks for the tip, I think you're right, I'll make sure to do so in upcoming shots. I think it'll look cleaner that way too. (21-08-2013, 12:52 AM)NeoTerra Wrote: Damn phyrne, you win!Haha, oh stahp Neo :D |

Do the people with tidy desks here tidy for their photos or am I just horrendously messy?
|
|||
|
|||
|
|||
I don't! Though, I think I'm the weird one here. I have a sort of OCD when it comes to tidiness and cleanliness :p

With twin monitors I sit at the left of my desk with my keyboard and mouse leaving room for such a weird build up of crap on the right.
I have papers, laptops and everything strewn everywhere. Might take some shameless pictures, although my GF has her stuff all over the place too at the moment. EDIT- Took the pictures, thought I'd add the snakes too as people often are curious. |
