We concluded The Art of UNIX Programming on our book club.
What do you though of TAOUP?
Did it change the way you program on UNIX?

Let's also vote for the next book.
These are the candidates:
  • Introduction to Operating Systems Abstractions Using Plan 9.
  • The Design of the UNIX Operating System.

venam gave the idea on irc to include specs, RFCs and other generic OS books.
If you have another recommendation, please comment.

I've already read both of these books, so I'll put my opinion on the side for those.

Some other things that could be interesting:
Operating Systems: Three Easy Pieces
Any of TLDP Guides
An essay on linker or any long form series of articles that would be nice to read together and discuss
Classic RFCs that might be cumbersome to read alone such as TCP RFC or TLS latest RFC
Generic things such as: CS bottom up
It could be a paper too.

Or anyone can propose a topic they always wanted to dive into but never did.
