I'm really glad I switched to bspwm, enjoying it alot :D

RE: Unix screen-shots thread! - dcoppa - 11-09-2013

yeah. bspwm is so cool!
Thanks earsplit for letting me know it ;)

RE: Unix screen-shots thread! - earsplit - 11-09-2013

Looks great! Join the army to eliminate all other tiling wms (except hlwm and ratpoison) (and rio if you're cool and can use plan9 for everything)

Do you really need to see your kernel version and your architecture every second while sitting at your computer? :)

It's a good conversation piece, for people who are randomly walking by and snooping in your business.

RE: Unix screen-shots thread! - jobss - 11-09-2013

E17 with tiling support is better then better.

That a blue Christmas determination.
I love the look of that panel, and your borders. Thin and sharp but still elegant.

I'm pretty happy with my NetBSD laptop for now!

@all: care to share your ncmpc++ configs?

RE: Unix screen-shots thread! - dcoppa - 20-09-2013

Since I'm here...
Men, ncmpcpp from git is awful!
It uses all the new hipster features of C++11 like intializer lists and lambda functions, so it wants gcc>4.6, and boost too!

That is one HIGH-RES desktop! I could never get used to dual monitor setups because my monitors have a thick bezel and it irks me to see them.

What font are you using by the way?
