I wouldn't either but there have been many many times where I have posted while someone else has posted before, thus having my question fall two below and causing confusion. Although the forum has been dead lately, it does happen. Better just to hit that easily accessible quote button then not.

would look better with a bitmap font, but very nice nonetheless.

As a fellow dwm user, this is really nice, well done! How are you liking the two bars? Never really thought to use them, but I quite like what you've done with it.

RE: Unix screen-shots thread! - cyberpunkz - 18-02-2014

Thanks , yeah i find the 2 bar was quite interesting , but i'm teaching myself to make things more "keep it simple" as yrmt was right i can put all that on the dwm bar / status so the point of the bar , was useless, but conky + bar is very good for wm like 2bwm.

here's my desktop now:

RE: Unix screen-shots thread! - Mafia - 18-02-2014

Brown colorschemes seem like the only option these days.

RE: Unix screen-shots thread! - earsplit - 18-02-2014

Did someone say brown colorschemes?

Happily married for 2+ months, which says a lot coming from me

Thanks you!
I enjoy FreeBSD and it works pretty well on this laptop, but I'll always love OpenBSD a little more ;)
As for the screenshot, yeah it is a little flashy aha. I've been doing desktops this way so long I never really notice anymore. I don't actually have anything running X that doesn't resemble this or sometype of rice I think because it's just become so natural to me. It's weird lol.
