That's one old laptop you got there mate. It's nice to see that thing is still operational. Computers for me never live past the 8 year mark. Even when I don't overclock them :P

its the second dell latitude d600 ive owned, the first was my mothers and it stopped powering on, so i ordered another on ebay (very affordable). the hd is small but i like the screen size.

This gave me a huge headache.

I still don't understand the need for that bar; It looks good but is useless. Best design is efficient design.

First of all... 17mb freaking gif, post a video if you're so desperate. Beastie is right, just take a step back and really think about what is necessary (inb4 hurr guise I actually use all dis stuff). Colours are interesting though, I'll give you that. At least the unixpornbabs will love it.

Should tell that to the Mac people :p I only use a bar for the time and wifi info

The menubar on Mac OS X contains pretty important menus for apps.

I can live with a small hard drive, but I can't live with a screen size smaller then 17 inches. And a lot of manufacturers, don't make or efficiently make them ever since Apple killed the 17 inch Macbook pro.

I don't see how having to open a terminal to check my battery life / cpu heat / clock / etc is an efficient design? Unless there's a better option I'm missing. It's also nice to see when someone messages me on irssi or bitlbee in the WS list, so I don't have to keep going back to check on it. To each his own, I guess. That gif was meant to show off some of the features of BSPWM because so many people ask me why I use it over i3, awesome, etc...

Peace love and unix <3
