Hardening FreeBSD - yrmt - 07-10-2012 I found a great script to harden FreeBSD: here It has all the commands I have found to harden FreeBSD at once. The bold stuff in the script must be done manually. RE: Hardening FreeBSD - yrmt - 07-10-2012 Yes, improve security for server usage ;) RE: Hardening FreeBSD - Mafia - 08-10-2012 I wonder how much time it would take to harden OpenBSD, more... I know it's somewhat "hardened" but I have seen a few tutorials on some hardcore security precautions, setups, and policies. To bad my OpenBSD setup is BROKEN. /rage RE: Hardening FreeBSD - Nihility - 04-05-2013 https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=5316093 this is probably the best post on server hardening not just unix RE: Hardening FreeBSD - zygotb - 12-05-2013 (04-05-2013, 10:18 AM)Nihility Wrote: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=5316093 I also like that site.
