I had a set of really ugly ones I've made but I think I've lost it.
Right now no set of icons works for me other then Faenza.

I really love the Faenza iconset, so nice, or elementary.

I myself hate Faenza. No silhouettes.
The topic as about icons you yourself made, not icons currently used on your desktop. Topic back on rails.
