A few ideas to kick around - kopri - 16-09-2013
I was thinking it would be awesome if we setup a Unixhub PGP key server. It would be nice to build a web of trust within out community and spread the use of encryption. Also another idea se0 through out in IRC was a Unixhub news server. Who does not love usenet, especially when the content comes from people with the same interests. If anyone has anymore ideas feel free to share them here!

For the news we could filter the *revelant* news from HN, extremetech, phoronix, slashdot, etc..
It would be even more interesting If we could also comment on the news.

I've looked into running a keyserver, and it really does not seem that complicated. As for the news thing it would be neat to have conversations about relevant topics with the people on here instead of random strangers on reddit, HN etc.

We could do like on Phoronix and have the news server link back to the forums to talk about articles.
