gmk is a shortening of my real username, "geremachek". I like using geremachek because it is my actual middle name, also it is always available as it is made up and means nothing.

yaki is an organizer/todo list program I wrote that really helps me organize my ideas for programs and other things. (The documentation is sparse but I'll update at some point)

I don't usually go as "gmk" online. I'm only using it here because three letter usernames are standard on old UNIX systems. Normally I'm "geremachek" everywhere, by that's hard to spell and pronounce...

I used to be a big python guy. Recently I've started to use (and like!) golang a lot more, I think this is because sometimes python is just too slow. Rust also looks interesting.
