Contacts - are stored in my email programs
Calendars (and notifications) - cal (at)
Note taking and storage - (paper) notebook
Email setups (this should be fun!) - I just use Gmail, Yahoo, & Hotmail.
Device synchronization - via external HDD, pendrive, or occassionally cat5 crossover cable.
