A lot of tools and workflows already exist for that. I like to think that it’s just a bit more fun to play with a file format which is much simpler than RSS/Atom. It’s easier to write clients for twtxt feeds. But is it bad for overall adoption? (Does “adoption” even matter here? It’s probably just a toy for nerds anyway, eh?)
