Hello everyone ! It's been quite a long time :)

After 5 years of good & loyal service, I'm retiring the server that used to serve our community gopher hole.

The last post from our community members was made in novemeber 2022 (kudos to pyratebeard for posting so many files !), and the last update this server received (openbsd 7.5 was in 2024).

I've also found that the domain name (g.nixers.net) does not point to this domain anymore, so the service is basically dead…

I am thus « officially » shutting down this service, so that I have one less server to manage (and pay for !).

The whole gopher hole is publicly archived on backblaze for those of you who want to get back your data : g_nixers_net.tbz.enc.
