Daily reminder that riping a 320 kbps mp3 stream from cd to flac isn't going to magically improve the quality. in fact you're better keeping it as 320 kbps mp3 for the reduced file size or if you prefer free formats encoding to vorbis. flac as a codec is only useful when you want to encode a uncompressed lossless audio stream but don't want to lose lossless quality. this means you need to search for vendors that sell music in flac originally. probably the biggest is bandcamp offering several formats and you help support artists directly.
