Depends. Things like a "shell" were already available before Multics, but they used a teletype instead of a live display. Also, Unix is not based upon Multics, except that Unix inherited a couple of general ideas from it.

FreeBSD does, "the BSDs" actually don't (a variant of the ksh is more popular with them).
