You install apache, mybb, and you copy the mybb css theme.
Then start the httpd, open port 80, buy a domain...
There you are you have a "unixhub-like" forum running on your Archlinux.
Lol! You should've asked on links about ricing/customizing/modifying your desktop look.
If you can start a new thread about links that help starter customizing their environment we'll post on it.
