I'm almost satisfied with it.
There's a problem with the textarea when it's not focused:
When it should look like that:

The panel menu has a little problem:

The order of the menu should be changed to something like:
New Posts|Today's Posts|Search|Control Panel|Mail|Pastebin|Members|Stats|Donate|Help|Log Out
and logout hover should be red instead of cyan.

The favicon doesn't look good:

There's a little square on the left of the new post! What's that?
