					Hey guys!
https://www.solid-run.com/freescale-imx6-family/cubox-i I'm planning to get one of these mini PC soon (The i4pro) as a home server (music/VPNs/storage/backup), and I was wondering if anyone had experience with them already? They seem pretty cool and look nice, and have rather good support it seems (openbsd, netbsd, arch, debian, ...) Any though? |

As far as I know, the i.MX-processors are based off ARM Cortex-A9, which means that they don't have support for AES-instructions, which in turn will make your performance for things like disk encryption or VPN (most likely) horrible. Which would be a big turn-off for me.
