srs, type 'vmwareworkstation' in a terminal and try to distinguish w from m. Even in your term RAM may aswell be HMM, but that could just be my awful eyes..

Are you sure these are the colours? I was trying out the base16-dark-default xresources and my blues/yellows are definately diffrent to yours..
