Those three bars Minimize, Maximize and Close the Window. It's part of my fluxbox theme.

Ah!...The Decorations only appear on the active window, which is why none of the others one have them.

OMG! OpenSource the colors in your midnight commander will kill your eyes!
Also, change the awesome bar a little, the icons are not that great.

I Guess its true yesterday I lost track of time I was up 16+ Hours, from work and playing around with monsterwm, i wasn't tired what so ever.
