I don't think it's possible to spawn window borders around the bar, but you can spawn a second one behind your main bar, with the correct offset etc. That will create the image of window borders around bar.

All of your desktops look so nice:)

I usualy use this wm. Configs taken from all over.

Nothing special, but I can get things done quicker, since I got clumsy with the mouse.

Thanks! I just noticed that swm draws a black border around bar by default, yet doesn't make it the colour that I have set for all other windows. I'll tinker around with it and see what I can do :)

Start bar with the -d flag :)

@z3bra Thanks! :D

Sweet wall, DotDev. I pulled that one off of /wg/ some time ago. Fantastic colors

Are you sure these are the colours? I was trying out the base16-dark-default xresources and my blues/yellows are definately diffrent to yours..

Sorry about that, I am actually using the twilight colors:

Not the most aesthetic shot, but today I gave my BSPWM a tabbing option. If the desktop is in monocle mode, the script I wrote will generate clickable tabs in bar. Powerline styled for now:

Monitor layout is:

Added another monitor to my setup, decided to spin up a different configuration, gearing towards a more monotome(chrome?) ish style

Hey,
Here's my config, Arch+bspwm+vim+tmux while working on a Lisp interpreter in OCaml: http://a.pomf.se/csadzo.png. Oh, and the shell is zsh.

As my main laptop's hard drive died, the second one in the past six months, I'm stuck with this 10 years old laptop for the next month or so. And I'm not kidding. Oh, man o.O
I'm blue.

It's not like I should have time for ricing, but it's 2 am and I am bored. Don't judge my stream choice, Twitch is dead right now and I need someone talking to me to stay sane.

RE: Unix screen-shots thread! - z3bra - 10-03-2015

You should try a 16 colors vim scheme. good job otherwise

Currently it's just the default with terminal colors applied... you are right, I should change that.

RE: Unix screen-shots thread! - Dr Chroot - 11-03-2015

Playing around with swm some more; having a jolly old time :D Bar is DotDev's with some modifications, weather notification is by dkeg and weechat config is inspired by stark.
