Hey doods, I'm in final semester at my university, one course is a semester-long project of our own choosing. I've been toying with the idea of putting together something like a community place for my CS department (i.e. IRC server, personal blogs + Owncloud space, private forums).

Anyhow, I was surveying the many forum softwares available and I was wondering what Nixers was built on?
