I'm not only a fan of tiling WMs, but also of tiling Wallpapers. Maybe we can build a little collection of links and self-made patterns.

I'll start with:
http://squidfingers.com/patterns

And a nice one-liner to grab all of them in one go:

Code:
for i in {001..158}; do \
  wget http://www.squidfingers.com/files/patterns/pattern_${i}.zip; \
  unzip pattern_${i}.zip; \
  rm pattern_${i}.zip; \
done

I like tiling wallpapers, but most of the time I prefer solid colors with a bit of gradient. Some people just have different preferences.

Yeah, nice ones. I like glossy wallpapers.

I uploaded a compilation of nice tiles.
Example:

[Here's the compilation](https://paste.xinu.at/SjZPi9/)
Also [**this** website](http://www.colourlovers.com/pattern) is great.

He doesn't have to...

I'm trying to promote the use of markdown here.

But...some people don't like markdown. "To each their own".

You can still use BBcode.

Thanks, updated my post.

And Venam, I looked in both manages listed under Help. I didn't Ctrl-F "spoiler", Ctrl-F "hide", ect, and skimmed them both and came up with nothing. Perhaps I overlooked it.

There's lots of texture wallpapers in various sizes here:
http://wallpaperscraft.com/catalog/textures

For the 1600x900 resolution there are ~1800 pictures in the category. I downloaded the entire thing and other categories besides. It makes for a nice collection of wallpapers to cycle through at random. :)
