I usually never go looking for his github while in mixed company.

Even if I use the right search terms to exclude porn results, like googling "phallus dotfiles", I still don't want someone to look over at my screen halfway through my typing, when just "phallus" is in the searchbar, and throw a fit.

ive switched back to drift from source code pro (ttf by adobe, free, available on google fonts). something about having a pixel font in the terminal that im drawn to...

for my browser i use open sans (free, also available on google fonts)

currently using envy-code-r, the dotshare.it font... love it. also, a shoutout to hermit, which is another great font with a lot of character.

^Mine dont :D I'm pretty sure those colors came from gutterslob on the crunchbang forums. I used them for a bit before making my own colorscheme

It is by far my favorite. 11px high, still pretty legible, and has the best character support of all bitmap font (after GNU Unifont, the grand winner, of course!).

Currently using Artwiz Drift, has been my favorite for a long time now. On with the search for something fresh.

I really like using Marathonmod. It's a nice font!

Well, I think we can all agree that Bodoni is much much better than
everything else (including Garamond, that little bitch with it's ugly a and e).

Unfortunately, every screen is too bad to render Bodoni in an acceptable manner,
so I am stuck with envypn (which is also cool).

May try Futura one time.

How close is your face to your monitor?

About 4 feet. My monitor is a 24" 1080p, so it has lower ppi.

i jump fonts a lot, but my favs have to be gohufont{11,14}, lemon (too small for me now), tewi, metis

also envy code r or monoid for non-bitmap

In 21" Desktop monitor I use "large" fonts
2002-2014: Terminus, Temsyn
2014-2015: tewi, berry
2015-Early 2016: Tamzen, Ubuntu Mono, InputMono
Present: knxt, gohu-14

In my terminal i'm using Inconsolata, it looks great with NCMPCPP

I've modded orp and tamzen with a couple others and my own hand drawn characters to create a font that fits my needs. Not sure if anyone else is interested, or if the license permits but here is how it looks. I also have a lot more glyph/unicode support than I ever did with any other small bitmap font I've used up until now.
