Hello guys I have made a rough layout for my website. To start with I have selected a background and some buttons to match up with that background, so please suggest me or guide me if you feel that this is not the correct choice.
Button 1 layout: Button 2 layout: Thank you for your suggestions in advance.

Also, I hope you will crop out the black background on those buttons too. yeah! actually they both are different i am asking you to pick up which one suits the best with the background and also there is no black background behind the button it's just the upload problem.

You would be better of doing buttons with css, seeing as you have the blue glowing tron thing going on a nice blue drop shadow hover effect would do just nicely.

Codecademy is a good starting point. From there go to jsfiddle, make an account, and start fiddling around. |

Thank you for your suggestion, but i am new to this site and i am familiar with the CSS formats but not able to understand the GUI of jsfiddle. Can you please help me out by making one sample button using jsfiddle, say the tron button please if you don't mind.? Thank you in advance.

Don't use shiny colorful buttons on a website. And avoid using full background images, I'd recommend a simple patern instead. Using that much fancy stuff will just make it look unprofessional. Simple buttons and 2 colors only(excluding black and white).
Here's what I mean: Good: http://www.zu.com/html/ Bad: http://www.sixtiespress.co.uk/ I'd recommend building your website in photoshop first and perfect it before you write the CSS. Also, about the background image, make sure that isn't copywrited, cause that can get you into serious financial trouble. |
